Liz is a valuable member of our team. She is the glue that keeps us together and the solver of all of our administrative problems!
Liz joined us nearly ten years ago after a two-decade-long stint at a major British banking institution. She now works with Dave Halpin to manage our day-to-day admin, contracts, finances and supply chain.
In her previous position, Liz worked in the bank’s staff suggestion scheme, helping to continuously improve the business by crowdsourcing ideas from across the business. The scheme was a real success, fostering enormous cost savings and efficiency by reducing waste and applying a bit of common sense to the bank’s processes and procedures.
Liz the logician has brought the same spirit of efficiency to Severn Trent Water Hygiene, where she’s enjoyed watching the team evolve around her. Her time with the employee suggestion scheme has also made her a tremendous asset to our Employee Forum, where she ensures that employee voices are heard within the business.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys a spot of adventure – she has even participated in the Great North Swim across Lake Windemere! Liz also enjoys cake decorating, and is enthusiastic about the Commonwealth Games, which are coming to Birmingham in the summer of 2022. Liz will be volunteering at the games, of which Severn Trent are a sponsor. Good on you, Liz!
