Neil Tod

Managing Director of Aqualytix

Neil has a broad range of experience from across the facilities sector, including pest control, cleaning, fire compliance and water hygiene. He specialised in water hygiene at another large facilities management company before joining Severn Trent to lead our team.

Neil ensures that the business provides the highest quality service to our customers, that we are utilising and developing the skills of our colleagues effectively, and that we have ambitious plans in place for our future growth.

Guy Hadland

Head of Sales

After 16 years in the water treatment industry, Guy has gathered a wealth of knowledge surrounding legionella control, water hygiene, water system maintenance and more, perfectly positioning him to lead our Sales Team.

Guy spends his time studying new market sectors, actioning long-term strategy, and shaping the culture of his ever-growing team. He ensures maximum customer satisfaction by paying close attention to a multitude of vital touchpoints, and by maintaining dynamic lines of communication with our valuable portfolio of customers.

Andrew Twigg

Head of Operations

Andrew started as a Water Hygiene Service Technician 15 years ago, subsequently qualifying as a Legionella Risk Assessor, becoming an Operations Supervisor and then a Regional Operations Manager. Importantly, Andrew has a wealth of experience in smoothly onboarding and diligently managing large national contracts, making outstanding customer service a certainty.

Andrew’s team ensure we efficiently deliver our service of planned preventative maintenance tasks and reactive works to our 200+ customers across the UK, whilst maintaining the highest health and safety standards. An important part of this is working closely with Compliance and Sales to ensure all works are delivered in synergy.

Kris Rowland

Head of Technical, Training and Compliance

Kris’ job involves a lot of variety; some days he’s writing and leading City and Guilds Assured training sessions, and on others he’s answering technical queries. His main responsibility is monitoring the compliance of the assets we are contracted to manage on behalf of our clients using ZetaSafe, our bespoke compliance monitoring tool.

Kris also manages a team of Compliance Technicians who perform regular audits on sites, and competency assessments on Operational Technicians as well as the Sales Team.

Roland Allan

Commercial Manager

Roland started his career in IT as a software developer, and then became an IT Project Manager. After that, he tried his hand at Bid Management in the Water and Gas Sector.

He has been with the team for five years, working closely with the Sales team as the Commercial Bid Lead. He uses IT knowledge to support the Central and Operations teams, enhancing the internal systems and processes. His expertise makes him an indispensable member of the management team.

Ahmed Jama

Technical Support Manager

Ahmed started his adventure at Severn Trent through the Business Leadership Graduate Programme, spending some time as a Contracts Lead in the Innovations team, as a Senior Technician in Water Treatment, alongside a stint in the world of Bioresources.

Ahmed joined us at Severn Trent Aqualytix at the start of 2021, managing our central admin team, maintaining our IT systems, and working to develop future projects that will drive the business forward.

Sarah Harrison

Head of National Accounts

Sarah joined us in July 2022 with 34 years of water treatment industry experience. She started her career as a medical microbiologist in the water treatment industry, where she gained extensive knowledge about bacterial and chemical processes involved in water treatment. In addition to this, she became an expert on Business Development and Account Management during her nine-year stint as a national account manager for a large player in the Water Hygiene industry. After that, she decided to join us at Severn Trent Water Hygiene.
