That’s why we’ve launched The People Project, an initiative designed to maximise employee experience across our broad portfolio of business streams.
Headed up by Improvement Project Lead Sally-Ann Betts, The People Project divides in to four workstreams, all designed to make Severn Trent Services an even better working environment than it already is.
These workstreams are:

- Involving our teams in the future direction of the business.

- Working to implement innovative internal communications strategies, keeping our nationwide network of employees optimally informed.

- Supporting our teams to capitalise on their inspiration.
The People Project team recently met at our Nottingham office, and Performance and Reporting Analyist Kapil Seth had this to say:
