If your property has been identified as being supplied water and/or wastewater services through the Ministry of Defence network and supply chain rather than the local public water and sewerage undertakers. This would mean you are a MOD Contracted Customer (MCC).
The MOD took the decision to engage the services of specialist companies with the expertise and experience of operating and maintaining their networks and providing water and/or wastewater services to the MOD and others connected to their private network.
As a result, and since March 2005, the responsibility for the management of those services passed to Severn Trent Services (formerly Coast to Coast – C2C).
Severn Trent Services is responsible for discharging the MOD’s obligations and as part of the services provided under our contract with the Ministry of Defence, we carry out the billing and payment collection on behalf of the MOD for consumers that remain connected to the MOD’s private network.
