We’re delighted to announce that Sarah Harrison has joined Severn Trent Water Hygiene as National Accounts Manager. Bringing with her a whopping 34 years of industry experience, Sarah will be working with our Sales Team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction amongst our larger and more complex portfolios.
Sarah’s Extensive Expertise
Sarah began her career in the Water Treatment industry as a Medical Microbiologist. She brought with her extensive knowledge of the relevant microbiological and chemical processes involved in water treatment. Sarah had also gained immense practical experience working in laboratories, perfectly positioning her for the role.
Initially Sarah was managing the process from end-to-end, meeting with customers, assessing requirements and then performing the necessary remedial actions. Early in her career she was mainly working with process systems, cooling towers and steam boilers.
Over the years, with the growing importance of hot and cold domestic Legionella monitoring, the Water Treatment industry matured in to the Water Hygiene industry we know today. Sarah’s role matured with the industry, as she began to specialise in Business Development and Account Management. This culminated in a nine-year stint as a National Account Manager with a large player in the Water Hygiene industry, before choosing to join us at Severn Trent Water Hygiene.
Partnership Driven Philosophy
Sarah’s philosophy is unique. She isn’t driven by numbers in the same way most Business Development professionals are. Sarah finds satisfaction in working with customers to understand their facilities deeply and craft bespoke water hygiene packages that suit them perfectly.
At Severn Trent Water Hygiene, we see ourselves as partners with our clients, not just service providers. We share our expertise with customers and use our unique software solutions to provide complete transparency. Sarah’s customers know that they can trust in her wisdom, making water hygiene one less thing to worry about.
Are you responsible for managing a large, complex, nationwide portfolio? Consider Severn Trent for your water hygiene needs, and you will have the pleasure of working with the wonderful Sarah Harrison. If you prioritise quality, expertise and peace of mind, look no further.
