The Betterment Programme, run by Operations Manager Charlie Anderson, sees three areas of Severn Trent Services come together to increase our service offering to our customers.
It involves Oren Environmental, which is expanding its team to offer grounds maintenance services for our Ministry of Defence contract managed by our Water Services Contracts team. They’ll also deliver asset condition grading services – on the buildings and civil engineering side – to assist our Central Support Services team.
Charlie says: “The programme epitomises what we do best. Severn Trent Services is a group of businesses each offering different water and wastewater services to our customers nationwide.
