We have two easy methods for applying to connect to or from a sewer or potable water supply. There’s a choice of sending through a paper copy or filling in an editable PDF form.

Apply for connection(s)

Method 1: Paper Copy

A paper copy of the connections application form to print off.

Once completed. Please send the application form and any supporting documentation to:

Severn Trent Services, PO Box 6468, Coventry, CV3 9NT

 

Method 2: Editable Form

Download the editable form, open up in your PDF reader, fill in all relevant fields and remember to save to your computer!

Once completed. Please email the application form along with any supporting documentation to:

estate.development@stservices.co.uk

Apply for connection(s)
